Brussel: Kultur i bevegelse

12. desember arrangerer EU for første gang en konferanse som viser frem hele 35 europeiske prosjekter med midler fra Kulturprogrammet. Målet for konferansen er å utveksle erfaring, lære av gode eksempler og knytte europeiske kontakter. (23.10.08)
