We do not fund

Usually there is no funding from Arts Council Norway for:

• scholarships
• ordinary operation of institutions or organizations
• student- and educational measures
• coverage of deficit
• educational material
• travelling
• projects and activities that receive support from the Ministry of Culture and Church Affairs
• film
• research, with the exception of projects which Arts Council Norway has taken the initiative to make

Beyond that, it is mainly the economic framework of the fund that limits the opportunities to receive grants.
